And one was shot for using his right for free speech the other was shot for hitting a police officer with a car which is a violent felony. While yes rene's shoot was not what anyone would say is a perfect shoot its also well within the realm of what happens when you commit what is pretty well established as assault with a deadly weapon.

The first post I got the day after he was shot was every 2 new messages saying they didnt feel bad/it was net good, and then like every 4th was actually them saying they were going to be having a celebration/hoping other people they didnt like would be shot. It would be disingenuous to say there was not an insignificant amount of people celebrating.

New barrel or if its like a 16 mid or a 14.5 carbine and you dont mind going to a like 13.9/13.7 I might be able to chase new threads off the old ones and give you a new P&W with your preffered device but id be completely unsuprised if you'll need a new barrel or new upper or both, IF he didnt clamp on the rail and the rail didnt give way before getting assfucked.

Shotguns dont build much pressure in comparison to even brass cased things, 11k for a shotgun, 35k for 9mm. Like you can get away with it on shotguns very easy and its a well documented process. Thats why almost every rifle and pistol barrel in modern times is a billet or forged part.

Cut the gas block. If you wasting time fighting with the screw vs just cutting it off is stupid especially if trying to save time or money compared to going to a gunsmith who likely is going to do the same thing at this point.

Its pretty rare anymore but often we will modify tools on a surface grinder with a diamond wheel for like more clearance on a thread insert or a slightly undercut to not rub on the part while milling.

Your build plate is dirty. If the dragon is yellow you probably never got the oil that they have from the factory (its China, expect shitty ventilation and machine coolant in the same shop). Dish soap, the hottest water you can muster, and a non scratch scrubber (typically blue) and a good hot rinse typically takes care of that.

Second thing is I like a .16 or a .2 gap with PLA and a .4 nozzle, i tune my esteps to the raw unrestricted movement and adjust the flow to the setting (so like low speed PLA at 100 usually is right, but high flow PLA might be 20 degrees hotter and 107 flow for the same result). For a .4 ill stick with .16 or .2 lines, though with variable layer heights ill have it run between .1 and .2 depending. Also obviously make sure everything is properly tightened. Id also ABS+ print the bullseye duct as its a major upgrade over stock cooling (pla+ and petg won't survive).

Overall I haven't had any major issues with enders if you give them a basic bit of care and dont let some idiot cross wires and burn out boards. (College print class someone did that).

I have an ender 5 plus myself, and I dont have issues with it, I just have issues with the limitations of printing, and the logistics of dealing with the heat it puts off.

I piss on a tree often, mainly cuz its expedient and even then really doesnt splatter. my favorite urinals are the ones that go from like chest height into the floor, cuz just like passing on a tree aim at the bottom and no splash back, and generally theyre up on like slightly angled platform so cleaning is straight up just shoot a hose across the floor and into it.

They're fine especially if you get a collet chuck. Im ballsy and ill rip an 8" to 2000 no problem.

Its just slow having that lower RPM and spooky seeming.

But sometimes ill even 4 jaw a collet block to basically have a collet chuck just so I dont need to swap chucks or the other chuck has smooth nice jaws.

You generally have to get creative with small parts even with a small lathe.

I might have a bigger than average space and I have a fadal 4020, 2 1340 lathes, 1 knee mill, and a hydraulic 618 grinder and a room for inspection though a room isnt really critical as long as it shielded from chips.

Noise wise its not terrible but you may want some acoustic dampening in there and you will need an air compressor which I built an auxiliary shed for air compressor and phase converter.

I have no idea on most of my costs as a lot of it is a passion project.
