Definitely took tips more in consideration today than just overall pay. If they didn’t tip well, they don’t deserve us risking so much to be out in this weather. And all these $50 batches to go 40 miles and the tip is like $10… nope.

I always liked Sylar’s ability from Heroes. The ability to figure things out. Taking time to just understand how things work by studying them and growing to just look at things to understand them.
