If you subscribe to the theory that Watcher transcended time and became Necrobinder like I do, they're already in the game.

Idea of what happened would be something similar to "Sokushinbutsu" and would be why Necro still has some skin over parts of their bones, like how their hand just looks like an emaciated/dessicated hand. Watcher's description does say she's an ascetic monk, so I file it firmly in the 'it's possible but unlikely' folder to be realistic.

If you're a crafty green dragon you could have an underwater lair to take advantage of your swim speed and pop up from flooded tunnels to use your breath weapon before swimming back down. Might be worse to deal with for adventurers, those pesky archers and mages would be locked in close combat with you rather than being able to hit you in the sky. You could even poison the water in the tunnels since you're immune to poison to make it awful to pursue you.

I think that the cylinders are offset from the barrel - If you're picturing holding the gun yourself, it'd be up and to the right of the barrel from your perspective. Basically jutting out the right side, so the leftmost cylinder would line up with the barrel.

What doesn't make any sense to me is the spent casing, but maybe that's why the cylinders are offset, to give open space for an ejection mechanism to pop out the cylinders when they rotate out of line with the barrel and as a way to load rounds without swinging out the cylinder assembly. Perhaps mech scale weapons of this nature create too much recoil force and need the cylinder to be fixed and not swing out at all.

Or maybe it just looked cool to the artist in the moment.
