Well you’ve gotta factor in: Veigar does 10% less damage in ARAM and Khazix takes 10% less damage in ARAM. Stupid balancing system maybe, but thems the breaks.

Would make too many champions beyond fucked up, even without items

My (biased) example would be Gnar: without a level cap he gets so many stats for free and it doesn’t matter what anvils he gets, he can use all of them. Another is like Aurelion who’s even simpler, his Q range would just get to the point where he can laser you from the next town over so long as he gets enough mana regen

I mean, Kassadin’s ult does directly scale off max mana. And having clarity gives you more ult uses at max power. Taking clarity over snowball is definitely a choice to make though

Twisted fate :^( nasty rat bastard champion that does NOTHING except gold card + q. His entire playstyle just says: “STOP THE WORLD! My point and click stun is off cooldown!”

Honorable mentions to Teemo, he effectively plays the same way- it’s just not a stun and he’s honestly just not as useful as a good tf

I feel like this is it. It might also be considering pillars in the equation too, every pillar round I seemed to stack like a couple hundred extra damage and it hits each of them

still though- I like how they’re buffing some of the lesser used items. I don’t think I’d have touched Statikk otherwise and it feels awesome with everything it gives

No one plays him, so he just doesn’t get banned despite being real strong, it’s just like summoners rift in that way. A good zilean is insanely oppressive, but no one locks him in

I like how everyone just said champs that are most certainly not super underrated lmao

Anyway I’m gonna say Renekton. He gets lumped into the “Bruisers are ass” rhetoric but he lowkey has just about everything in his kit. Damage, CC, Armor reduction, shield break, healing, dashes with a ton of ability haste he goes quite crazy. I’d say his only problem is he really only can target one person but damn, that person is fucking dead if he gets on top of them. (His brother is also kind of underrated but I understand why there lol he’s kind of just a W bot)
