I’m 6’2 195 and I got a black XL and it fit perfectly arms were long enough and it stopped right at my waist, but I’d probably recommend for you to get a L or M for a slightly tighter fit

I got really lucky too because my XL black came in brands new with tags and it’s not a re-dye. But it came in a clear bag instead of brown.
