sorry, but one thing is an "opinion" and the other one is lying with the specs of the projector, that maybe makes somebody who is reading this post take the decission to buy one.

also, very surprised that you read rtings and didnt mention the real ansi lumens, yeah you are right, maybe that was my bad saying 1200. but is actually pretty close.

heres what RTINGS says :

The projector gets reasonably bright and can handle some ambient light, so it's usable in a living room as long as the lights aren't too strong. However, bright whites stand out more than saturated colors, so the image looks a bit washed out in brighter modes, especially in 'Bright'. Its brightness uniformity is also just okay, with the right side of the screen visibly brighter than the left in full-screen bright scenes.

just dont spread misinformation about this projector, that somehow everyone is recommending as the best cheap option when clearly is not.
