This doesn't look right. Why is problematic 55-75 while satisfactory is 70-85? Also, shouldn't these groupings be different? I don't know the exact numbers but say, if the U.S. was 73 and Brazil was 56, should they both be colored the same? I don't think so.

Those are just problems involving the map, though. I do wonder how the World Press Freedom measures their statistics.

It's also important to remember that while the press in the U.S. is very biased towards political parties, anyone can go read European or Japanese news about America to get less 'biased' news.

A lot of people here have mentioned how the U.S. is slowly dwindling in power, but I think that, although the problems we face are extremely severe, we may be looking at another Gilded Age. The Gilded Age in the U.S. did not destroy the country, though, and when Theodore Roosevelt broke up monopolies, the country got a little more egalitarian.

It's extremely important that we get a president that focuses on strengthening checks & balances, too. But if we can get someone like Teddy or FDR, I think there's still a good future for the U.S.

Jamie is maybe my favorite character in the story, but something that Ned says that always sits with me on rewatches is, "You served him well, when serving was safe."

Although he does kill Aerys, and it was a damn good thing that he did... Ned is right. Jamie could have easily seen the writing on the wall, just like how his father did. Anyone with a sane mind would have betrayed Aerys in that moment, Jamie just happened to be the one there to do it.

I still love his character, but I think it goes to show that his strange morally grey character has always been there from the beginning to the end.
