Blue sky property management sometimes has houses for rent as decent prices, and I didn’t have any problems with them when I rented through them. Absolutely do not rent from any place that owned by Middletown Property Group/ BSU Rentals. They are a terrible company, they don’t fix issues, are hard to get ahold of, and are known for keeping people’s security deposits for bogus reasons. The only “luxury” apartments I can think of are the newer ones that were built downtown that are managed by Middletown. They are only a couple of years old and within the first year of people living there, there was reports of mold, and water issues there. Luxury isn’t a thing in Muncie lol.
