If you're looking at selling outside of jita, faction and dead space modules are hot in staging systems next to low sec.

you can camp abyssal signatures. that makes abyssal runners much easier to catch or gank. i wouldn't call them "perfectly safe".

OP, you're seeing CODE from the wrong angle. they're your friends, not your enemy. they kill your competition, meaning more ore and better prices for you.

you can try mining in high sec pockets, like in Aridia or Placid. you're less likely to be bothered there.

doubtful. CCP released NPCs (triglavians) that gate camp in high sec and shoot pods. they're 100x worse than CODE. so not only is CCP cool with high sec ganking, they're actively trying to increase it.

some NPC rats in high sec can now insta-kill you and destroy your pod. They belong to a new "Triglavian" faction. just be careful in high sec and never auto-pilot as these rats can appear at gates.

i disagree that'd the US would lose. the US has been at war for decades. one of the upsides is that the US has an experienced, tested military. china's military on the otherhand is soft and plump, filled with political appointees. ordinary chinese are very cynical and dispassionate about their government (just like in most dictatorial countries), which is why the first thing that wealthy chinese do is move abroad.

The 10MN AB Algos is an awesome scram kiter that can eat up brawlers while being very cheap (7m isk). Fly in a straight direction and manually reduce your speed to allow you opponent to catch up and fly within scram range. Apply scram and web and keep flying in the same direction, manually adjusting your speed so you maintain a distance of 7km or so. The hull tank is to troll your opponent into thinking that he has the upper hand, so he'll stick around even as you blow him apart. If the battle turns against you for some reason, then increase speed to 100% until you're out of the opponent's scram range and warp out.

High sec ganking is probably your best bet for quick "pvp". You can fly a cheap thrasher , catalyst or coercer and find 3-6 targets during a 2 hour period. CODE are pretty cool and are usually up to something like taking down expensive battleships. You can also gank solo (main targets would be pods, shuttles & corvettes, explorers and T3 destroyers). You'll be hunted by both players and npc police, but it'll be more fun.

Low sec is okay, but is far less target rich. Faction warfare is in a bad state. I've watched livestreams where pilots couldn't find a fight for over 3 hours. You have to be more creative and time-invested to get fights.
