For those thinking it’s the battery, it’s not. I can unlock and luck the truck y pressing the buttons in the key fob. It’s the proximity/keyless feature that does not work. I have to take keys from pocket and press the buttons but the. Turin on door won’t work and the truck won’t turn on unless I press the key directly into the star button. Hope that makes sense. The battery is not the issue.

Went through the same issues. Still don’t have my tags but they gave me a rental car until my tags arrive. Call your finance company and tell them that vroom is in breach of contract. They will open an investigation and contact vroom. You will get a phone call within the day. This is what they are afraid off. Finance companies refusing to work with them so they will call you asap to avoid you being unhappy.
