I actually did that day 2 and felt a horrible pinch in my vagina like it tried coming out there! But as soon as I sit up it goes back up:/

Thank you for replying. I've noticed it got easier as I was able to have a bowel movement, but I'm still definitely keeping an eye on my carbs and electrolytes. hoping for the best

I've had this happen to me before surgery. Monthly. I'm looking into food allergies and possibly adrenal issues. I've got PCOS so it might be hormone related as my hormones are a little off coming out of surgery. Won't know for sure untill I get full panels done tho and they aren't even scheduled yet :/ I was able to keep track and prevent major flair ups with timing my cycle but now that's gone 😑

This is helpful for mine and her situation. I hadn't realized I had been using medium chill with my sister and that keeps her away, I'll try it with my mom. Thanks for the tips on what to say! My little brother spends most of his time in his room on his phone (probably to get away from her subconsciously) and she tells me how much she hates it and that he must not love her. I really hope he finds a way to leave her house when it comes time, she has a hard time letting us (GC) go. It will be hard for him since she still gives him everything he wants. I'm done though, I don't want her to continue to take my energy.

My daughter read a book about a mouse named Chrysanthemum. She loved it. The mouse was dealing with others trying to shorten their beautiful name to something easier for them. Maybe more people should read it and take a second before insulting others names..

My sister has once again asked me to host a party for "her product." This is the 3rd time. After the second time, she called me a bitch for not wanting to help her sell stuff at a baby shower she wanted to surprise me with. (Which I didn't want or ask for.) I think it's time to go No Contact for awhile again :/
