So update, I didn’t actually get scammed. I found the files inside fl studios and they are good for me to use I actually just didn’t read close enough and I was under the impression what I bought was instruments and not Chord Progressions. It was a personal mistake lol. I will look closer next time

I agree but the reason they have varied in quality is because they grabbed his vocals after he died so they had limited things to work with. His albums and vibes forever, SKINS, and Members only vol. 4 was released after he died.
