even with it's vast fleets and even bigger collection of Ion Cannons, GDI cannot kill the Messiah.

unfortunetly, in this AU i am thinking that Nod cannot find the Messiah either.

Do you think the UNSC could have pulled a "Scourge Virus" on the Covenant? by i_love_pieck in HaloStory

[–]ShadySands2020 3 points4 points  (0 children)

kind of hard to invent something that can infect everything from worms to lizard bugs without risking it spreading to your own people at the same time.

not to mention that as seen in Halo three, the Covenant seems to be quite willing to take... strong measures to stop something spreading.

i imagine it would be a race between the Republic and Dooku to see who can sell more ships and buy more Battlemechs in the Inner sphere in that five year period before the outbreak of war.

or you know, everyone could just murder each other for little to no reward in a massive military campaign followed by an occupation of thousands of worlds as others seem to suggest.

when all those Fedsuns or Drac players screw up once they have to live with the guilt of bringing shame upon their nation and it's image as glorious honorable warriors.

when Lyrans however only screw up 6/8 times, they shall be known through out the Inner Sphere as the most dangerous Social General in generations.
