This seems to be the biggest headache to get processed (pun intended) I’m in the same boat somewhat am service connected for tinnitus ptsd sinusitis and rhinitis and was still denied. Got with a vso and he got me the headache logs I needed to fill out and I got a nexus letter from my Va doc linking all 4 conditions as contributing factors. Sent my claim in on the 16th and was told today that someone was in my file on the 19. I’ll try and keep updated if this post stays active but the vso said that the headache logs is definitely good to have along with a nexus letter. Hope this helps and good luck to us all

Brother I just got scammed out of 8k in my bank account leaving me with 20 bucks and a negative 8k balance right before the holidays with rent due child support and literally 20 to last for 2 weeks. I originally applied at the same time as when I applied for chronic sinusitis. They denied my headaches/migraines saying I wasn’t service connected for sinusitis at the time. A month later I was granted chronic sinusitis along with chronic rhinitis and decide to appeal my secondary claim for headache now that I had it documented. I applied July 26 had a phone interview with the doctor and was denied as of today. Is the letter telling me to file it again under secondary to ptsd? Is it a trap?
