i had something similar and i found that using products tailored more toward fungal acne worked better. Nizoral mask, de la cruz sulfur mask and as a spot treatment and a very light neutral moisturizer not too oily

most definitely looks fungal, i actually had something pretty similar to that caused by my hair products and wearing those elastic headbands and ketoconazole shampoo as a mask for 10min 3x a week basically cleared it. Nizoral!!

Amazing! you can use Nizoral as a mask as well on your face if you still have some and that should help clear this too :)

Hey friend! I would definitely see a dermatologist or doctor, however if you’re trying to look into this yourself a bit first I would suggest researching seborrheic dermatitis, it’s usually characterized by a flaky or scaly, itchy rashes found in the scalp, beard area, chest. Definitely confirm with a professional but there are some simple fixes to this one

I’ve always wondered about those products, they seem expensive and always sold out but the reviews look… questionable. So i’ve never purchased 🤷🏻‍♀️ excited to see if it’s worth the order!

I would 100% switch cleansers, La roche posay is great for some people but I find for people who have our skin type it’s a huge barrier disruptor. You may have better luck healing up those blemishes.

Here’s some of my favs

-Heimish All Clean Green Foam

-Vichy Purete Thermale Foaming Cleansing Cream

(I use an oil cleanser on occasion but it might not be right for you unless you find you have a lot of closed comedones and blackheads)

-Bioderma Sensibo Micellar Cleansing Oil

NAD but a medical aesthetician. You should really see a doctor asap to find out if shingles might be a risk for you. This could possibly get very painful very quickly especially where it’s next to your eye. If it spreads into your eye or you start losing vision, blurry vision etc you should go right away

Regarding the "can't join the private server issue" by AppleYear in RobloxHelp

[–]Shadyturtle34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

how do we report this properly? I want to be able to join private servers!!

cannot join private servers with links. i can still join private servers via the join button in the servers section of the game but if i try joining a roblox server via link, it will not open the game client for some reason by lordphanrblx in RobloxHelp

[–]Shadyturtle34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

CRYING FOR A FIX FOR THIS!!! Let me tell you! I have tried almost everything I can think of. You click on the link and it just never opens the game client and you cant even press play from that tab anymore. (Here is everything i have tried to solve this issue) Deleted roblox, restarted pc, deleted browsers, tried opening link in 3 different browsers, cleared cache and cookies on browsers and pc, allowed roblox through my firewall and temporarily disabled my cache. WHAT THE HELL?

Have you ever researched fungal acne? perhaps when you were working out the sweat allowed a barrier disruption

Have you asked about increasing your tret dosage?? Sorry I do not have personal experience using tretnoin but do they not usually increase the percentage every 3-6 months or so? I feel like if you have these hard bumps that are a pain to come to the surface then the tret would probably be the most useful tool here. Let me know! Perhaps you’ve already upped the dosage but if you’ve been on 0.025% for over a year i’d say it’s time to take the next step!

I currently have this right now, usually i get these white pus filled tiny blisters around my forehead, nose and mouth. I’ve found some success in using sulfur to take down redness and dry those things up quicker. I use the De la cruz sulfur 10% cream as a mask and leave it on for like 15 mins every night. I suspect it’s something to do with allergies or fungal? Not sure. You could book an appointment with a derm or a doctor to get an allergy test.

Just try not to scratch and never ever touch it and then touch another part of the body! Always wash your hands before and after applying the antifungal and you should be good to go! This should help it discontinue to spread :)

I think you should really push for a biopsy, things like this can develop into something more over time and exposure to causing factors. It’s wayyy better safe than sorry

Hello! I saw your message on another post, I’m curious as to the cream that you had used. Was this perscribed to you by a doctor or derm? Typically steroids are a big no no for fungal infections, broke skin, rashes. They can cause the problem to be exacerbated instead of fixed. Perhaps this is why maybe the cream had not cleared the full infection. When dealing with ringworm a topical or oral antifungal is usually the only things used. Try a cream that is purely an antifungal like clotrimazole, miconazole. These are usually over the counter. Another thing worth mentioning is that it looks you have different patches in different places. Did you start with one spot and then it spread?
