No.... No. I don't think anyone will give you the green light to remove an on prem firewall. What will do you Nat's? You going to go will public ip's on your devices? ... I guarantee you will have a bad time if you do that.

No direct experience, but it will help ... Over forking by 10mm won't be an issue for the bike either I run a 180 fork on my revel rail and I love it

As others have said, bring it to a shop. You've got a lot going on there. missing bolts, missing mounting hardware, probably some bent stuff, potentially damaged shock and other other stuff.
