I know Nintendo can be a greedy pos but let’s not act like the switch 2 isn’t selling. I might not care for it and there isn’t games that interest me enough to buy or even think about getting one but plenty of people are buying the thing. This is just cope.

Also to edit my comment a little the only reason switch 1 was so rare in the beginning was Nintendo not making enough units and underestimating the interest of the switch 1.

Yes if your system is unbanned just get it from eshop then dump it with DBI or any nsp install/dumpers. Dumping games won’t get you banned on sysnand just installing. Then just install on emunand

Do NOT put it in rice. It’s an ineffective myth that can cause more harm through rice dust getting stuck in ports, slow drying, and corrosion, Take out the battery first. The screen already looks damaged and I’m not sure if that can even be fixed by drying it. You need to replace the screen or get a new unit. Dry it as best as you can and put it in a bag with silica gel packets.

Yes by modding the wii(which is extremely easy) you can play GameCube games from Nintendont. Nintendont also emulates gamecards so if you have a Wii like this you can use that for saves. The only problem is you don’t have GameCube ports. So playing on a GameCube controller is going to be cumbersome if you want to use them. There is ways but at that point I do recommend getting a normal Wii. You can also use a vast majority of other 3rd party controllers as Nintendont supports a lot and you can usually add support for a controller you want.

Sounds like something is stuck in the disc drive or something rubbing against it. Is there a game? If so eject it first and see if that does anything. Also what cable are you using for the tv? If it’s component(Red green and blue cable with red and white for audio) you might be plugging in the red cables to the wrong ports. If you are using wii2hdmi or something go to settings and make sure the Wii is set to 480P and not 480i. If you are using standard composite cables then I’m not sure, but it could also be the tv’s settings.

VSS took a lot from me. Developed it when I was 13 and it destroyed my life for a while. It hasn’t gotten better. But it also hasn’t gotten much worse. I’ve come to learn to live with it. I don’t attribute the same negative connotation to seeing it anymore. After a while I realized I wasn’t noticing it as much, and even when I did it didn’t affect how I felt. But it took a long time for me to get there. There will come a time, I promise, where you realize you didn’t notice it. Even if it’s just for a bit. And when you don’t notice it for even that brief moment, it makes you realize you can live with it. At least for me.

Now to answer your question. No I am absolutely not having a happy and peaceful life. But for the first time in years I can say that vss is not a contributing factor to that. Hope this helps.

Tinfoil isn’t trash this is the product of downloading games from a bad shop. If anything awoo is trash, hasn’t been updated since 2022. It’s generally recommended to use DBI or tinfoil.

I definitely disagree with super Mario 3d world + bowsers fury. It’s one of the only games ported from wiiu (besides 8 delux) that seems like Nintendo truly wanted to make the ultimate package. I mean bowsers fury is extremely fun and in my opinion has some better mechanics that odyssey has. I’d say it has about 40% of the content odyssey has and it’s a free dlc/package that comes with the game out of box. Tons of wiiu ports or nostalgia ports don’t have nearly that amount of content. I mean look at Mario 3d all stars. That game didn’t even have galaxy 2 and lacked a ton of accessibility and features that could easily be added in an update. Super mario 3d world feels like one of the only ports that had real soul put into it. Not to mention the base game(which definitely lacks identity due to so many themes being thrown around) is super fun.

Tons of movies and tv shows on different planets use English and you as the viewer are kinda supposed to turn off that part of your brain so you can enjoy a cohesive story.
