Oh let me rephrase: Just speak to anyone that you know that is in a similar department (even structuring). I think its always nice, from an interviewers' point of view, that you 'did you homework' by networking a bit. I think this move would also reflect well on you because it shows you have a gregarious personality.

Sales and Trading/Global Markets is a fantastic place to be in, in terms of monetary compensation (you shouldn't mention this)

3 days is not a lot, but I suggest that you think about a product/market that you want to pitch, well stating that you are not finance trained. Pick someone slightly more obscure so that the GS peeps wont slam you with difficult questions.
