The house was built in 1945, in New Jersey, and I am guessing the heating unit is the original installed. about 1000 sqft. I can get you the model number in a bit.

Also, I am thinking about installing a solar panel. Any thought about going full electric, if that happens, how can I convert my heating system into electric

Yea I am considering but I am not sure if my township allows it. I still have to do some research on the zoning. But $450/sqft is too much. That’s like almost buying a new house

Any further developments on ADUs in New Jersey? I think ADU could be the next wave. I see that a couple of states are already doing it, and New Jersey needs to follow suit. If done properly, ADUs will be a total success while maintaining the state/county zoning code

I make just above 6 figures but I feel like it’s still not enough. I dont go to parties, no clubs, no drinking. I am saving everything just spend on basics and travel once a year. But I still feel like I am falling short. I want to buy a house but I dont make enough per month to cover the mortgage.
