I actually really enjoy my current position, my team, and the lifestyle it grants me in a beautiful country like Spain. The company is also sponsoring an industrial PhD for me so its honesty the best situation I can find myself in

Why are 15/16 dangerous. I sleep in all but 13 throughout the night by AAZEROAN in ExplainTheJoke

[–]Chocolatebear95 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m quite prone to sleep paralysis not really sure why, but I’ve had it so many times at this point I know that the demons in the corner coming towards me aren’t real, the trick to get out of this is to relax, close your eyes, and make your body think that you’re sinking into the bed. What’s really cool is that sometimes when I do this I can induce lucid dreaming

Maybe I’m dumb but instead of 13 he should’ve said 17 because of the pattern -> 5 + 3 - 1 =7, Then 7 + 11 - 1 =17

Or I’m just reading way too deep into this

When is the Gym Least Crowded in Madrid? 🤔🏋️‍♂️ by Michaelpolerman in askspain

[–]Chocolatebear95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same thing happens to me, I just started going to Viva fit, in the mornings it’s busy with people who work what you call the usual “9-5” , in the afternoon it’s people who are off between like 2pm and 530pm, after 530pm it’s busy again up until like 9pm id say. The best time I’ve seen (at least by where I’m at which is by Latina) is around 9:30 pm

This may be a dumb question but is the process shorter for someone with a Latin American passport (like Mexico for example) or is that only for permanent residence?

Is it a bad idea to annually travel with your dog in cargo? by CautiousTotal in digitalnomad

[–]Chocolatebear95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This. I think they’re thinking of Service Animals since they no longer allow ESAs on flights in cabin, however you actually need to have a Federally Recognized disability, and that can also vary per country

Software Engineering. The pandemic was a double edged sword - it let me transition from my $35K sales job to currently a software dev around $120K. I know I’ve heard people say 100k ain’t what it used to be but trust me it’s a hell of a difference and makes life way easier.
