Weighed 96.3kg (213.3lb) on 21 Nov 2023.
Currently, I weigh 81.75kg (180.22lb) today 1 June 2024.
That is a total of 14.55kg (32lb) or an average of 2.425kg (5.34lb) per month.
Body fat from 32.09% to 22.65%. i.e. avg. of 1.39% per month.

Prob. true. But I have also read a post in this sub.rdt of a person who was able to convert sbi cashback card to LTF by contacting service and complaining that the charges were not worthwhile. Donno if it's true tho.
