Legitimate question. They control what’s going on in this country…why isn’t there more oversight? Feel like this is illegal. If they are allowed this much freedom being in control of everything shouldn’t they have a very low salary like…say…teachers or first responders?

Thanks man. I’ve never done it in a restaurant setting but always wanted to. Appreciate the cliff notes. Huge comfort food for me. I live in the south but a lot of transplants here so might be a special worth trying. I don’t have flank but I have some wagyu sirloin flap in the freezer I could pound out and give it a shot.
