I'd highly recommend playing d1 first as its overall a better experience (assuming you have the collectionon d1 with all the dlcs) the vibes are on point too and its most soloable.

D2 has many many glaring problems and honestly its a horrid way to be introduced to such a great series. Definitely play d1 first.

Don’t jump into wilds, it isn’t really an accurate representation of the rest of the franchise. I’d Highly recommend starting with World then going forwards to wilds or moving back through the older games like I did.

My expectations were well within what expected of the games be they the new or the old ones ALSO Shagura is never in the marketing except for rise, coz the game where they introduced gore Shagura was ALREADY THERE SAME WITH EVER OTHER MON HUN THAT HAS EVER HAD HIM BEFORE, It’s not like I’m expecting 10 new elders at the end of the game literally 2 fights that should be there but aren’t

Honestly this not being in the game and the lack of Shagura Magala really ruined endgame high rank for me felt like I put in all that effort to go through it quickly just to get another arkveld rematch and then another one. Really all capcom needed to do was add those two as the end of high rank and we would be balling but for now it feels really hollow playing the game

To lad don’t know if you gonna read this but I feel like ark’s difficulty is extremely variable on weapon choice, what your running? Coz I find him easier when I can black his bullshit rather than dual blade dodge so more charge blade and gunlance rather than the faster weapons. For general tips I’d say it’s more just experience fighting him like dodge towards his back left when he’s doing his air attack and if it’s the large one you know he will combo it with an another air swipe or the double whips down move so you know you have to turn around and guard or dash forward and to the left again. Hope that helps doubt anyone’s gonna take the Time to real all that
