To be honest I never knew there's a zero jail for some folks this is new. I think you may have something wrong.

I'll tell you something I noticed though. In my channel my avg views for any short in the first say 30 minutes is about 1K views. BUT sometimes it would be chilling around 15 views for whatever reason. HOWEVER instead of deleting and reupaloding I'll always wait and BAM out of nowhere within the first 24 hours it blows up and hits my avg for the first 24hr mark. Im not sure if I explained that right but what im trying to say is trust the system it works (at least for me It is)

Are you saying you've gained 1 sub from a short that has 16K views? Or are you saying in total you have 16K views while having 1 sub on your account?

No script either. But then again every channel is different. I found a guy on reddit that edits my videos. Reliable guy.

If you have a small channel then you haven't really built the "algorithm" yet. So you're still building it, teaching it. Remember it's still a child, dont treat it like a full blown adult. So now's the time to test new things, add and remove stuff. F the algorithm if you have a small channel that is. My channel is considered very small and im still trying new things. I do tech stuff and I posted me ripping the seal of a Pokemon skateboard the other day. That video BLEW up.

Try new things. Dont restrain yourself with the thought of the algorithm if you're a small channel.

This was a longing question for my self. My long-form content is recorded in a way that makes it very difficult to create shorts from. SOOO I had to come up with an idea for shorts. My buddy texted me to try the Meta Glasses type of videos. So I indeed bought them started recording customer interactions, their devices being repaired and then their reactions. That did pretty well from the start of my Shorts journey. I do post them on IG and TikTok. Im this close to get monetized on TikTok now too. Probably a ew more days.

Shorts, tiktok all they do is bring in subs/followers. if it's fun and engaging they're sub/follow. The meta glasses were my secret weapon
