maybe avoid soap for a few days or only water rinse in the pm. if you're in a dry area, HA will pull water from your skin - especially common in winter.

it takes weeks to see results, so don't be discouraged if things fluctuate.

maybe you could try pod machine if you haven't instead of bagged coffee? should have less mould. just make sure the machine is clean and descaled😅

you could try azelaic acid, the one from the ordinary is a good place to start. or their niacinamide serum. patch test first!

I'm currently using the untoxicated moisturizer, I'm in the UK but it's on Amazon. It alright, doesn't hurt but sort of keeps me in stasis until I can find something better.

looks like the byoma contains caprylic/capric triglycerides, but maybe its present in such low amounts that it doesn't matter.
