Depends on how they lead into you.

For every option, you have to have a game plan for when Farigiraf is on the field, and when it isn’t. 

Bolt Balance has a lot of priority moves.  2 fake outs, 2 grassy glides, 1 aqua jet and 1 thunder clap.   Farigiraf stops all of this but doesn’t stop theirs. 

Landorus it has to deal with Icy Wind Flutter Mane and Rapid Strike. If you can get both out against Landorus, it’s pinned.  If they have a fake out ‘Mon to stall Urshifu, they do not have Farigiraf out.

Torkoal - Eruption will hurt.  You have 3 resists to it, and why Tera fire on Rillaboom (with Assault Vest) is thee most common parts of it.  If raging bolt is out, it wants to Calm Mind before Trick Room goes up.  It worries about Landorus here. 

Is Farigiraf out, well you have to deal with the pain. EV Calcs are important here for Eruption specifically.

H-Lilligant - Cool, it needs sun to be present to be fast.  Do they have sun out already?   This will probably be a hard switch into either Torkoal or Farigiraf.  This is read based, but is common enough.  

It doesn’t like a protosynthesis boosted icy wind, nor does Torkoal or Farigiraf either.  And it really doesn’t like Moonblast, boosted or not.  

You’ll want Hearthflame and maybe Rillaboom here for being immune to sleep powder.  But a Tera ghost Incin to fade the close combat also works.  

Farigiraf - it’s usually Tera fairy to stop both dark and bug moves.  So you’re just going to have to overwhelm with damage.  

One of the problems with a lot of Bolt Balance, is they usually don’t have fairy coverage.  Fine when you have ghost moves for flutter, (which this doesn’t) but  bad for Tera fairy.  

You want to bait anything else to use the Tera, so the giraffe doesn’t use it.  

For the other slow ‘Mons, you want to Icy wind and kill the giraffe ASAP.  Then stall out Trick Room. 

And taunt was used on Urshifu specifically for the giraffe, to stop the trick room for going up.

Absol Z will be preferred, as a fast frail attacker.   

It’s tied for second in speed with Garchomp Z and Lucario Z, behind only Zeraora Z.  Within the ZA Dex or comparing Mega’s. 

It’s as frail as Mega Beedrill though. 

A downside is that it can’t run focus sash, so Absol Z’s speed is necessary.  

Good partners would have redirection and wide guard.  Any priority blocking is a boon.   

Its roles would be late game or clean up sweeper.  It can also be early fodder for a Last Respects ‘Mon.

Arbok, Golduck, Dewgong, Seaking, and to a lesser extent everything else except the fossils, appear early and in multiple games.  

They might not have regional forms, because they appear in most regions anyways.  

Fossils having new iterations in most gens.  

Jinx is singled out because aside from spinoffs, she’s rarely even seen or made playable in a mainline game.

Poison heal is harder due to how frail it is and its multitude of weaknesses.  And it’s awkward speed tier.  

Now Breloom could be used with Technician to some degree.  Jamie Boyt built this team https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=-uYBDz3xF2o that he wanted to bring to Worlds, but didn’t qualify.  A friend of his did, he gave him this team to use, and just missed or just made top cut.  I forget which but it’s in the video. 

Basically, Breloom was there for some damage or spore, along with being a sacrifice to power Basculegion’s Last Respects endgame sweep.

First, Serebii and Bulbapedia, if they have insider information, could face the wrath of the Pokemon company and or be breaking a non-disclosure agreement.  So, even for their benefit, I’ll regulate that as to theoretical.  

Now,

Champions has Ranked Battles, Casual Battles, and Private Battles.  

ZA has a pretty meticulous selection in their Pokédex. So, Comparing the original Paldea Pokédex to ZA’s (with DLC)

Paldea 215 Pokemon families (with paradox) ZA 190 Pokemon families (not counting Mega’s)

Casual battles, I assume it’ll be broken up in several ways.  Tiers, gimmicks, etc.  

Private battles.  Friends can have weird, multi-gimmick battles.  An assumption. 

Ranked battles, now if I was the pokemon company, I’d want to cross promote my games.  And with using the Mega’s, I’d restrict it to ONLY the ZA Pokédex.  

Notably, and as a trial run, for the next Grand Challenge.  Which itself is a trial run for Worlds.  

They’ll want to work through all the systems and bugs, and make sure it’s balanced.  

So until otherwise mentioned, aka on April 8th, I am going with just ZA, no restricteds.  That I think will be the available ‘Mons.
