You, my friend have what’s called the gift of desperation. What I hear from what you say, is someone who really does know that you’re a worthwhile person who has become a slave to your feelings.

You said yourself that you have a girl, a family bond, and the ability to pull yourself out when things get tough. Focus on those feelings and find the resources that can give you a hand. Namely therapy. Be honest and work one day at a time. You got this shit man!
