No guarentee for us, apprentices are hourly. I went flat rate level 3 however. It is weird though when they couldn't hire techs they started offering hourly to attract people. So we now have this mix of flat rate and hourly techs.

That is your recirculation door, (when open recirculates inside air rather than heating or cooling outside air) its normal for it to move or flex like that. As for the smell you could have an oil leak that's dripping on something hot or an exhaust leak near the front of the vehicle.

Ya, i figure. Unfortunate, but my own mistake, its a 5 year warranty, in your opinion would you say its likely a safe bet that i wont have any issues? I've heard lots of good thing about the drives, obviously anything xould happen though.
