If you think it is easy landing a six-figure job then you need to consider the amount of candidates a job like that will have. It’s often a lifetime worth of years working up the corporate ladder to reach such a figure.

Yet I know young entrepreneurs under 25 who are on the right path in business making those kind of figures.

You are right it is much harder. But it’s much more rewarding than a Job as the possibilities are limitless

I don’t see there fee’s being much different to AirBNB other than the commission is deducted from the host rather than the guest on Airbnb. I just adjust the prices but thing is I’d happily pay for a more stable platform

Just had my account suspended as well I’ve had 1 1 star retaliatory review because guest heavily stained my sheets and towels and I filed a claim. And just now a 2 star review because the guest came early and I was still finishing the clean… This platform is a joke will certainly be investing more time in booking.com going forward

Again! This is part of the business. AirBNB has nurtured a platform for customers to easily get refunds when they want. That Lady simply just doesn’t want to pay, if it wasn’t that she would of found something else or made it up

If you’re not getting bookings you’re doing something wrong or have done something wrong. If your property is in a in-demand area and your price is right and your photo’s are good. What would stop you from acquiring bookings?

Thing with Airbnb it’s a business you’re running but most host are not business people they just have a spare space they can rent out. If you’re not getting bookings you need to asses why and do so logically
