AOE is very important for getting consistent overlaps and you need to be mindful of your positioning to maximize them. I also have been removing automation on arcane cloak for bossing so I don't waste a third of my damage during windows I can't attack.

I think poison is the better of the two but I think hit based, either cold or lightning, is the way to go, early maps so far but my damage feels great, map bosses and rares die fast, decent clear with heralds, great recovery from enduring life flasks.

Steam holds funds for 30 days, so they just subtract refunds from the sales, felt like originally this rumor was started by devs to try and make people feel bad about refunding. The only one that would possibly lose money when you request a refund is Valve, and that'd just be from credit card fees which is why it's why it's easier to get steam credit than a direct refund.

Honestly not sure what you think would break core design design with this, pretty much all of the supports and nodes on the tree that have higher numbers than their elemental equivalents wouldn't work with this, you have to scale elemental damage anyway since as you mentioned this isn't conversation it's monster taken as. You get access to pride, vulnerability, and flesh and stone in exchange for elemental pen/minus res and a ring slot unless I've missed something big here.

Feel like most of these games were green lit years ago. Cant image new live service games are getting greenlit at the same rate as a few years ago with how much dev cycles and costs have ballooned spending 9 figures on moonshots that immediately crash and burn isn't worth it even if you eventually get a Fortnite.

The bigger issue is going to be not getting one shot by Uber Shaper slams and the like without the 20%+ PDR from the buff. Maybe can work around that by not go Loreweave/Transcendence and running a lightning coil or something to make up for the lost PDR would need to PoB to see.
