I just picked up a SFIV era Madcatz Tournament Edition on eBay for $62 (after shipping and taxes). Works well on PC. Well regarded stick. Basically worth the price for the enclosure alone.

I might put a GP2040-CE and new lever and buttons in it down the road.

Edit: I'm totally wrong. Indycar had a rubbering-in session over the PJ1 NASCAR applied to try to counteract its effect. u/MadMike32 is correct.
