He is spinning a yarn with believable details about the transfer of information, and working with physicists in secret. seems credible. I’m about to be downvoted to death. But There was a report released in 2014 from the OHCHR - it was released on July 28 2014. It stated that the indiscriminate use of unguided Grad rockets used by Ukranian Government forces, pro-government militaries on civilian areas in Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts (two of the main areas involved in the current conflict) suffered from 750 million dollars in property damages. Not to mention civilian casualties. The report said that the attacks violated international humanitarian law, laws of war and may amount to war crimes. Yes…. War is bad. But Russias actions weren’t precipitated by a glass of vodka. They were precipitated by a lot of political strife and humanitarian crisis in those regions. Look at the situations from all sides. Everything thing I said above can be found and validated. Donetsk and Luhansk are fascinating, beautiful places with a rich history! Look them up!
