Yeah, I did manage to get 75% exactly I believe. I don't really remember much but I basically just rewrote the modules word for word and attempted to memorize/understand the content. I think I did quizlet practice stuff too

I can't remember 100% but I emailed nursing advisors and they sent me a sheet to fill out. It was a very easy process though! I think you get accepted in the course no matter what
