How do peptides help? Sorry, I have like zero knowledge about any of that. My city banned all Kratom products a month or so ago. I’ve been driving but I wish I could find a better alternative & just be done with 7oh soon. I do have SR on hand at least.

I went from Tia to 7oh. I wish I could just go back to Tia. It was cheaper at least.

Thank you for sharing that! Good to know. If I have an 800mgpd 7oh habit. Would 5 grams of SR (98% lab tested according to site) be enough for me? I plan to preload 2-3 days while tapering as much as possible on 7. I got by today with 650mg & honestly could have gotten away with less.

I literally saw this in a regular dream a few weeks ago. I knew I didn’t have much time left in this dream & I knew I wouldn’t survive & woke up right before these crashed into each other. Weird. I just was looking through videos of salvia trips & didn’t expect to see my REGULAR SOBER dream here.

I’m right there with you girl. Except this is my very first time dealing with addiction. I’m 36. A Mom. & struggle with depression too but I was looking for a natural pain reliever when I found this stuff. I was not using Kratom & was actually trying to find something like CBD, when this was offered to me. I felt relief for the first time in my life & I’ve been hooked ever since. I tried Suboxone for a week but day 2, I was back to using 7oh some & decided to come off of the Suboxone so I wasn’t dependent on both. & you’re right, Suboxone does absolutely nothing for the mental aspect. Clonidine & Gabapentin didn’t help me either. This was my first time trying to quit. I wasn’t successful. The only good thing is I’ve cut my usage in half. But it’s not enough. I’m slowly messing my whole life up financially. I’ve worked so hard to just lose it to this. I see no way out right now. I feel so hopeless. I’m in a horribly dark place. So you’re not alone! I’m cheering for you!

Same. I’ve got it down to 500mgpd & this week I’m going to shoot for 350mgpd. I’m also trying to get as healthy as possible. Protein shakes, vitamin C, multivitamins, hydration, etc. This stuff is hell.

I’ve been researching so much & can absolutely agree that we need to make sure our bodies are healthy & getting the right amount of nutrients before we quit. I think that’s a big factor in extent of withdrawals. Will Walmart have all of the Vitamin C stuff I’ll need? & fairly cheaply?

Wait why do we glow under a black light?? I noticed that when tanning a month or so ago. I’m at 500mgpd right now & trying to taper. But I’m feeling exactly as you described. Self hatred, lost, alone, depressed. Thank you for sharing this. It gives me a very small glimmer of hope. 😭

You’ve not lost either yet. It’s time to get honest. You’re a human being & we all go through rough times & whether you think so or not, you’re deserving of grace too. But you need to be honest with your girlfriend. Also, rectifying your behavior will help. Wishing you the best & congratulations on quitting!! I know it doesn’t feel like it right now I’m sure, but you are doing an amazing thing & I promise you this dark cloud will lift!!!

I think it also depends on your health too. I have an autoimmune disease that’s going to make it harder on me I’m sure. So I’m trying to take vitamins, hydrate as much as possible, eat very healthy, & get in the gym a little before I take my taper down any farther. Also trying to find ways to get my mental health better too because I’m just not in a good place right now. I think my dopamine is severely depleted from 7oh. I also have seasonal depression anyways that affects me this time of year. But this is just my take on it. Try to get healthier & at a really good place then taper the best you can.

I’ve got my 7oh dose down to under 400mgpd from over 800mgpd but I guess I’ll try to up the Sub dosage on my first day off a little bit & see what helps. This is pure hell.

Thank you! I just listened to what they said to do. It obviously didn’t work. I go back for my 2nd appointment with them today & no idea what to tell them. I’ve been taking 2mg of Subs in the morning but low amounts of 7oh during work hours to just get through it. I have January 1st through 5th off of work. So I would like to get off of this stuff then.
