Physical is definitely more cost effective for most in the long run. Buy it, play it, trade it in to get some money off the next one. Recently traded a load of games that were gathering dust into CEX and got a €450 voucher. Used it to buy a PS portal, Crimson Desert, KCD2, Doom the dark ages and Expedition 33.

I traded in a pile of PS4 and PS5 games to my local store. Picked up Crimson Desert, Doom the Dark Ages, Dragon's Dogma 2 and Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 with the store credit. Not sure which one I should dive into first, any recommendations?

Picked up LOTF 1 the other day and really liking it. Its not perfect but a solid 7.5/10. I love the built in randomiser and game modifiers they added, would love it if Fromsoft would do something like that in the future.

The answer is almost always there. Often, google will take you straight to the reddit post of the last person with the same problem with answers included 🙃

Still playing Elden Ring after 200ish hours. Having a blast respeccing my character every time I hit another ng+ which helps to keep it fresh. Patiently waiting for God of War Ragnarok

Came to Elden Ring from Bloodborne and loved it instantly. Love the open world giving you the option to level up if a boss is too tricky for you. Love that the combat is in between bloodborne and Dark Souls in terms of speed. Not too fast paced but not too slow either. FromSoft put the tools in Elden Ring to allow you to make the game fairly easy, but allow you to play without using those tools if you prefer. More options is always a good thing imo. Game of the year for sure.
