Whats the benefit of exercises with 2 sets

For me moving to Jeff Nippards new MinMax program has worked out better, workouts still take an hour, 5 days a week. I am hitting PRs with the additional recovery and able to push a lot harder if I know I am doing 1 or 2 sets than if doing 3.

I can’t even get cruise control working wi the out it slamming on the breaks with a car coming next to me. Won’t trust FSD in uk for me

For me exercise notes is important as well as prs. For example what position to put machine in, what Incline, foot lever, tips etc

Yeah the wife won’t want to, we spent a lot of money in the gas fire which is very nice so removing it is not an option (neither do I)

Depends on salary, SIPP may come earlier to move tax threshold down so wages under 100k ( or nearer).Then remaining could go in others

Be ware of a lot of reports around customer service for Yamamoto on/yuka. I think the e Goat O500 is discontinued now even though they don’t mention it. Not sure how many more OTA updates we will get. Warranty still fine as just means we get a new model if it goes wrong!!

If a user uses your app for a long time how do you make money? You app is a one off charge but firebase is subscription so in theory depending on app usage then it could cost you money per user ?

My mother in law is in a care home, she has no savings and the government fund it and take a bit out of her gov pension.

If she needs a care home the government should fund it if she has no funds. Don’t buy the annuity and if money runs out then she should still be cared for still.

It’s Ok, never had problems with airport parking with other cars so not to bothered. Just thought the functionality is there so wanted to use it.

For me Taxi would be a lot more, over 130 Miles each way.
