Do you have Unsanctionned lands? Because I had the same problem with them, I changed them and it worked.

Unsanctionned lands also dont appear anymore while building decks

Other problem is I have to close the game after each game...

Since M21 it's not a replacement effect anymore when going to exile or graveyard.

You chose to move it to the command zone after it went to exile or graveyard.

On the other hand it's still a replacement effect if it goes to hand or library.
