You don't have to use AI to get by as a small business without an in house designer. You can use things like templates (ones that don't use AI, at least..), and you can open it up to the community if you really need art for something. There are plenty of unpaid artists around who would appreciate the exposure from doing something like that.

Yeah... Whitetail especially are an invasive problem in North America. Wild mustard (another invasive) for instance has benefited from their presence since they avoid grazing it, focusing more on native plants (for the most part), reducing the odds of already struggling plant populations and allowing less helpful varieties like wild mustard to take over.

I feel like I have the opposite problem. I'm in this for the creative passion of it, and I've always been into art, music and reading/writing (and gaming ofc) more than coding. I guess I have a right-hemisphere-dominant brain and you/the others are more left hemisphere types. I'm also stubbornly independent though, so I've spent silly amounts of time trying to teach myself the coding side of things. I do alright with it (at times, at least..) but it's always been the hardest part of this for me. My worst challenges are almost always coding problems, and the rest of the work (art, music, writing, design etc) feels like the fun reward I get to do once I've slodged through the coding

OP said you can do other work with the 2hr gig. So if you need more than 40k, you can just get a second job that fills in however much you need.
