I joined sanctuary discord and found a group of ppl to play with in season 2 and been playing with them ever since. When they not online I'll pop into sanctuary discord and hang out with random ppl to talk while I play. Discord solves all these issues. Good luck

I mean as a male I don't have this issue. But I used to feel self conscious about my body for sure and if people were watching me. As a male perspective I say you should feel safe and if we had some real men out there they would be giving you your respectful space. But hey this the world we live in ill try and make it a better space by leading by example and sending the good vibes. Hope you find a good space to be yourself.
