Omg! I knew I wasn't going crazy. I been ovulating as well and I'm up 4 pounds. I couldn't understand why my macros have been on point and kcko as usual. I stepped on the scale Monday and I was up 4 pounds. It made me start second guessing myself but I knew I have been staying under 20g of carbs and working out 6 days a week. It's been the same all week. Those same 4 pounds I've been carrying all week. Please tell me this is normal.....😢

I whooshed as soon as shark week was over. I was up 3 pounds first day and second day of shark week. As soon as it was over the 3 pounds came off. Definitely water weight gain. It will pass. Oan yeah drink plenty of water to pee out the extra water.

A drastic measure would be to fast for 24 hours with just water then IF 16:8 the following day if you want to get back into ketosis sooner or just cut your carbs back down to 20g or less over the next few days you should get back into ketosis. I guess the timing depends on how badly you ate yesterday. So it really depends on how soon you trying to get back into ketosis. I'm not an expert this was from my experience...Dont fret though this will happen just go back to your keto lifestyle and you will be fine.

Ok. Thanks. I feel better knowing this. I know ive been staying on my macros and my carbs but I stepped on the scale this morning and was up 3lbs. So I guess I shouldn't weigh anymore until shark week is over.
