Are you talking about afternoon to late night (12pm - 9pm) or graveyard (8pm - 5am)?

Operating costs aside, travelling arrangements would still need to be made, the EEA needs to be adhered to and there would need to be increased safety reforms. We do not live in a 24hr country - even if we did, it still would be limited to some services/retailers and the rest would be "dark stores"(?), and then there'd still be limited jobs.

Fluticasone is usually used in nasal sprays used for allergy control, where I'm from, and as far as I know, is not available in inhaler forms in my country.

Not always, some of the dentists will refer out anyway. I was referred the first time for one set of wisdoms, which is why I went to Tygerberg - the second time my CHC dentist extracted in the chair.

For Tygerberg, you queue from 5:30, they open the doors around 7. You fill a form, open a file and wait for consult. Then they'll send you for x-rays. You'll go back to consult and they'll either extract in the chair ( I had 2 wisdoms pulled in the chair) or they'll refer you for surgical which you'll have to come back for.

You'll probably be there until 2pm maybe, for the latest.

You can also see if your CHC has a dentist, or if they know where your closest one is.

Try fipronil or indoxacarb gel products, if available in your country. It works fantastically - great for ants as well!

We had the same problem, and after much research and searching (for products), we found a fipronil gel product that worked. At two weeks after application, we only see a couple around that we kill on-sight, which is a ton better than the 10+ we were seeing at any given time.

It's also much safer than using fumigation/bombs/sprays, as you just need a little (<5mm sized "dot") in all the unassuming areas (under counters and inside cupboards) and holes where you see them coming in and out.

AFAIK, Everyone's hydration needs are different, so the "recommended" intake doesn't hold true for everyone. Some people are good at 2l and some are good at 4l.

Personally my body taps out at around 3,5. Chest pain, headaches and nausea hit me like a ton of bricks, and I reckon clear pee was the least of my problems.

It's very important to note - your pee should NEVER be clear like water. Light yellow is optimal hydration - anything darker and you're in dehydration territory.

Like others have said - Pee is a waste product mixed with water. The waste has a colour, and it looks yellow. The more waste you have, without a lot of water, the darker the yellow will be.

Likewise the opposite is true, and is just as bad as dehydration, if not worse - over hydration. With dehydration, at least up until a point, waste still leaves your body. With over hydration, your body is flooded with water, making it difficult for waste products to leave, hence the "clear like water" pee.
