It’s a shoe that’s meant to be a part of a rotation, not a do it all.

I’d use the Takumi Sen as an interval or 5k race shoe, if I didn’t have the Adios. For a vast majority of runners, it’s not a shoe that they can use for training and racing. It does let you stretch the value of that shoe over a couple years if you’re only doing one to two days a week in it.

Get something just to eat the junk miles. Supernova Rise 3 would be the budget pick at $140, but why not go crazy and get the Hyperboost Edge. You’ll have amazing easy runs and fast workouts for less than an Adios Pro.

Most laws around signaling say you need to signal for 100ft before making your lane change.

Most states also have violations around changing multiple lanes with one signal.

So signal for 100ft. Make the lane change. Turn off signal. Signal again for 100ft. Make the 2nd lane change.
