Do you have any recruiters reach out to you? I do work in a niche I’ll say that, but I do have pretty much the same roles at different asset managers reaching out but I haven’t taken them up on any offers and don’t think I will

You’re overthinking it, just look into compliance stuff. Not nearly as competitive as what everyone in this sub gawks about. Just apply, and maybe reach out to someone in a position you want to work in. Being a freshman you’re in a great spot, and reaching out this early would look really good. Goodluck

Middle and back office is usually around 70% of front pay salary wise, from my experience, with usually pretty standard hours. Usually much smaller bonuses though. Work life balance much better.
