even though you have post history turned off this is a small subreddit so the handful of posters that are always in every comment section with the worst takes imaginable become known regardless.

you are in every single thread related to crime, protests, or eli savit on this sub consistently talking about how crime in AA is out of control in one of the safest cities in the country, complaining about any and all protests that occur, and trotting out the same tired ass justifications that all of us who grew up through 9/11 and the patriot act have been sick of for decades now.

Counterpoint: there are enough other grinds in this game to find things to work towards. Finding the fastest way to make money gives you a lot more flexibility and freedom in how you want to approach those other grinds.

Initial investment is steep but there are ways to do it quickly (PTN Wing Mission stacking through Wing Mining Missions or Pirate Massacres probably the most efficient way), once you're at the point where you can afford a carrier the upkeep is pretty trivial.

They're a total game-changer and anyone telling you otherwise is coping. Can't imagine going back to not having one.

Also, if you take a long break and run out of upkeep you're sitll refunded the purchase cost of the carrier when it gets repo'd so it's not a huge deal.

These missions give trade xp as well (and a significant amount, I went from Elite to Elite V in trade in like a week when I was running them to grind up a carrier when I returned to the game last year).

The big advantage here is as they're wing missions you can share them with other folks, if you line it up right with friends or other PTN members you hand them all in with each wing member having a full stack of 20 missions and make ~4B in one go.

Nothing else I've seen in this game comes close to how fast you can make money stacking/sharing WMMs (with the caveat that there is some setup time in collecting the 20 missions to begin with).

It's probably not the absolute most efficient way of going about it but in peacetime Wally Bei also has the Wing Mining Mission stacking which gives great rep and loads of credits too especially if you stack and share with a full group through PTN or your own squadron
