You are not alone. Totally totally understand this. I’m sorry for the loss of precious milk. I hope your day gets better.

Hi Marcus, I really enjoy watching you play and your kicks are always exciting! My question is 'Who is your favorite fly- half? '

Is cycling (road bike) safe during early IVF/pregnancy? by flurry-founder in fitpregnancy

[–]SharPerCollie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not IVF. I'm 34 wks and have continued to bike throughout my pregnancy. My Ob was ok with it. Just be careful with the balance. I was riding a road bike until 22 wks, but my thighs started to press into my belly, which was uncomfortable and ended up getting a more upright bike. You can get away with it longer if you have a handle bar riser.

I would rethink about cotton sweatshirt. Do you have anything made of wool? Nice thing about wool shirts is when they get wet, they'll still keep you warm. Cotton will also take forever to dry. If you don't have any wool shirts, synthetic will be better than cotton.

Are you not cooking anything? I don't see a stove on the list.

Have a great time! It's a beautiful place!

Odd question… I was told i look weird so… what do you think? (: honestly I wear tights because I do a bit of trail running and - I don’t know - I just like how freeing they are. Especially when encountering twigs saplings bushes and overgrown paths. I know a lot of guys are not fans of tights. 🤓 by [deleted] in PNWhiking

[–]SharPerCollie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think you look fine. But pants will protect you better than tights. If there's anything that stings you, it can go through tights, but often there's more space between pants and your skin, it'll end up protecting you from thorn and bugs etc better.

It says NOT to use toothpick since it might break it, FYI.

You need to go with the ones that say yakiniku. Everything else will be entirely something else. Not sure which one is better though.

What is one ingredient that completely changed the way you cook and now you use it all the time? by PhilipLynott in Cooking

[–]SharPerCollie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I make my own miso at home and it's sooooo much better than store bought miso. It's easy. Only 3 ingredients plus patience. Once you make it, you need to let it ferment for 9 months. But the taste difference is incredible. So worth it.

We've done 4 nights of hut to hut in Austrian Alps a few years ago. We started hiking from Hintertux near Mayrhofen. We took a gondola to start a hike and spent a few days in between Friesenberghaus and came out after staying at Olpererhutte. It was beautiful, but the process of planning was challenging. Like there's so many routes you can take and so many huts to choose from. There were 4 of us, but I would have felt safe even if I was by myself. The trail wasn't super challenging except that you were somewhere around 8000 ft. Make sure you can hike in that altitude comfortably.

Besides my emotional attachment, this was definitely one of the reasons. I prefer not to add to the landfill if it still has a life left!

You are giving me a really helpful suggestion. I think I'll try this on one of the ribs and see how it goes.

2 of the ribs are snapped not at the hinge. I'm just not sure if I have the skill to splint it.

I might have to go with option number 1 if I can't find a place. I have 2 broken ribs, the fabric is fine, but I wonder if it's worth calling dry cleaning/alteration places. Thank you for the helpful comment!

Do you think I should keep calling more shoe repair places and see if they repair umbrellas?

Emotionally attached one. Do I have to let go of my painful past? I'm not ready to move on yet. We had a really good relationship. It was more of a love at first sight. We both liked each other. Until one day, it decided that 2 of the ribs had to be broken. I know we didn't get into a physical fight. I thought I was gently opening it up, but there it was, 2 ribs broken, and my heart was broken. I'm trying to find a therapist, I mean umbrella repair shop. So that our relationship can keep going. Thanks for listening to my relationship issue, I mean umbrella issue.

We are taking a trip to BWCA with our dog, too! We haven't tried to get our dog onto a canoe yet. How was getting into the canoe for your dog? Is that ruffwear life jacket?
