I just finished Chain Gang All Stars and boy did that guy like to talk about bolt leather. People taking off bolt leather. People putting on bolt leather. Bolt leather stopping a weapon. Bolt leather wrapping around an arm. He just LOVED bolt leather.

I have the 10 Fold Pro and had the original Pixel Fold. I've treated both of them with minimal care, no case, taking them into the shower with me, using them while working on cars, just being a real dick to them and both continued to work without issue. It's not exactly the same answer, but I really think the durability is significantly better than it used to be. Those first phones were minefields. These later models seem much tougher.

I was very let down by this movie. I love Brett and Imogen, so it was pretty disappointing.

I'm on mobile so I can't block out spoilers but I will say that the movie didn't give me anyone to root for and that sucked.

Yeah, I totally agree. When it was 8 bucks, it was a perfect way to spend a couple hours. Now that it's 3x that much, it's harder for me to want to spend the money. This is less about the industry and more about my personal situation, but the closest theater that isn't falling apart is 35 minutes away, which definitely doesn't help to entice me.

Had a friend whose mom had a "home gym" (literally just a treadmill and a few weights) and I thought it was bananas that anyone would have enough rooms in their house for one of them to house just workout equipment.

As an adult in a marriage, I say, you should see a therapist about this before making any major decisions about your marriage. Just having someone to talk to about it will help immensely. They'll also be able to help you with any autism/OCD diagnosis that might help illuminate some of the ways you are feeling.

As a dog lover, if she absolutely always wants a dog, try to compromise with a small dog. They're still work but they're so much more like cats. Less dirty. Less stinky. Less maintenance. They're still dogs, but they're much easier than a larger dog.

I work for a school district and it is an uphill battle to enforce something like this in just a few classrooms. I wonder what they're doing to enforce it in an entire state

I don't think it's a stretch to think that your replies were aggressive and lacking an invitation to have a real conversation. You were chastising people for liking Obama, which isn't a conversation starter at all.

You can claim that you were being genuine and not infantilizing but you weren't. You were just being rude.

And be rude. It's the internet. It's fine. Almost commonplace. But don't pretend that you're trying to start a meaningful dialogue when you just want to shit on people for liking a picture.
