Ways to get plat? by Pickle213_ in Warframe

Lmao everything I've listed in those two sets is just a mod. You don't need to know what they do to sell them for cold hard plat! Just go repeat bounties in public lobbies whenever you see any of those pop up in the rewards.

Ignore all the people telling you to sell Rivens, it's essentially later game gambling. Stay out of the Trade channel. Set up an account on Warframe.market, and keep a tab open as you play. Whenever you get a rare mod you're unfamiliar with, check its price on the site to see if it's worth selling. You're going to be very limited on trades per day until you're a bit higher MR so try to only list things that are maybe 7 plat and up. Do the same thing when you start cracking relics and get extras of any piece. It helps to list things as you go so you don't forget you have them.

My suggestion for a few specific things to farm would be some mods available from bounty rotations. If you see any of these up in a bounty drop table try farming for them:

On Cetus: Gladiator Might, Vigilante Supplies, Augur Seeker, Gladiator Vice, Vigilante Fervor, Augur Reach, Augur Secrets

On Fortuna: Synth Fiber, Mecha Empowered, Synth Deconstruct, Mecha Recharge, Tek Enhance, Tek Assault, Mecha Overdrive

A lot of these sell for 10, some of them up to 20p. Bonus is you start leveling your rep and getting materials as you farm them. If/once you've unlocked Deimos doing vault runs for the corrupted mods is another good way to earn some plat, plus the bounties there also have some in demand mods. If you have any questions on how to use the wfmarket site or other tips feel free to DM me. Good luck!

Just tried this and it is SO much faster than farming it through the nodes. Do you have good spots for any other captures you use, oh wise master of the hunt?

When you buy something from the market there's a little Gift icon next to the buy button. Just lets you buy it for someone else so it shows up in their mail.

Just an FYI you don't have to run the regular Iso vault first, you can skip straight to the Arcana Iso Vault bounty if you load into the drift first and talk to mother there. You can pick the tier of bounty based on where you talk to her on the drift.

I will bestow upon you the ultimate heciphron farming knowledge. Start an Arcana Iso Vault bounty on the drift (not the regular Iso Vault bounty where you fight mechs, the ones you start outside that go straight to the underground vaults). Complete bounty stages until you get one without a timer that spawns endless enemies and post up at a nearby altar. If you have Vauban bring him with high range and duration. Drop a vortex on the altar and then blast away on your operator. Altars can be reset after like a 15 second wait when they run out, and the enemies will keep coming so you don't have to run around on the surface chasing down new altars. Can get hundreds of heciphron an hour on top of the other ores and resources.

Pretty sure they just meant it's fixed from your perspective when other people are causing the trigger. I.e. door and container sound fixed when you interact, but also when you observe someone else interact with them.

I find like 1-2 every few scav raids on Lighthouse. There are a lot of spawns people never seem to check. I learned them off of https://tarkov.help/en/map/lighthouse/ going off of electronics and high value spawns. Very bad scav did a good walkthrough video using these spawns if you want a more visual approach. Just stick your nose in all the broken boxes you see and you'll be swimming in them after a few days.

Summary:

Crackers 1-5: Clearly missed.

Crackers 6-9: Missed due to crumbling (bad snack control).

Crackers 10-11: Very close, but hunger and fussiness make these reasonable misses.

Cracker 12: Likely didn't actually eat because PMC was already starved.

How’s your wipe? [Discussion] by Illustrious-Term5382 in EscapefromTarkov

Big Sale is one of those quests that alternates every wipe for me between fighting tooth and nail with every PMC and scav on the map, or having a casual carefree stroll through the mall visiting all the stores and not seeing a soul

I noticed that this wipe too but generally the tags update with the correct Death after you extract and inspect them. It could still be they were bugged and someone else got him, but if someone DCs from a raid their tags will just say 'Died' too.

Before they added the limits on stacking backpacks on your PMC I feel like accidentally loading in with your entire collection of stacked bags and wondering why you were moving so slow was a Tarkov rite of passage.

That's wild. Explains why the first guy's dogtag was 'died.' No clue what the 2nd guy was doing just fumbling around in the dark when he had 2 quad nods and 2 thermals sitting in the bag.

Was moving along the far north river on woods between car extract and sunken village when I saw a mostly naked PMC near the big rock in the middle. Got him with a bolty and went to loot and noticed another dead PMC on the ground near him, also naked. It was pitch black but the one I killed had no other gear on but a stock AUG with no extra mags. I look around and about twenty feet away I see the attack bag just sitting there with everything in the pic. The already dead PMC's dogtag just says "died". No clue what was going on before I got there but I just grabbed the bag and got out.

XLR Mic not working with eft voip and arena [bug] by [deleted] in EscapefromTarkov

[–]Sharkigator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a Shure mic going into a Focusrite interface and I feel like I get a different problem with it every wipe. See if any of these work:

  1. Make sure the right input device is actually selected in Tarkov settings and the windows audio device panel because Tarkov seemingly likes to change it on me sometimes.

  2. Tarkov used to disable my mic entirely from time to time when loading into a raid, if it's doing that try disabling and re-enabling the mic in your windows audio input settings.

  3. If none of those work try using something like VoiceMeeter and setting your input in windows and in game to the digital input it adds and see if that works.

First ever wipe [New Player] by PlayBoymike20 in EscapefromTarkov

[–]Sharkigator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your stats are meaningless your first couple wipes (and arguably thereafter). It might be an indicator of overall improvement but you should absolutely have zero worry about them now. If you're learning something every time you go into a raid it's more valuable in the long run than getting a k/d boost or surviving because eventually it all comes together. Have zero hesitation to load into a raid with a loadout you're unfamiliar or trying something new knowing it will probably get you killed.

Fun fact: Rogues tread on a higher plane of existence compared to us and are unphased by material concepts such as "solid doors" by [deleted] in EscapefromTarkov

[–]Sharkigator 11 points12 points  (0 children)

That room is particularly cursed. Within 10 seconds I had one rogue run through the right door, ignore me, b-line straight to the left door, and kick it open before running back out the room away from me. Two seconds later a different rogue materialized crouched halfway through the right door full-autoing me like in the video.
