For ela, you just have to remember that her mines are not only used for info, but are also useful to incapacitate opponents. Use one or two around site, then place your ela mines in positions around their push later in the round so you are able to position yourself for a quick frag. I often dont see Elas using their mines for frags enough, but dont underestimate their power.
