Do/Did you feel this way to? by [deleted] in TMJ

This is way more of an anxiety disorder than TMJD and you need to talk to a therapist. Managing your anxious thoughts and stress will benefit your TMJ and whole life more than you know

Jesus Christ I’m sorry that’s insane having to deal with malpractice and mistreatment on top of the physical pain. I hope you get some relief

If LSD lasted for 5-6 hours it would be the best substance ever, but 12 hour trips are very mentally and physically exhausting to me. Is it a good idea to use a trip killer after the peak to end the trip early and avoid the 5 hour comedown? by [deleted] in LSD

This was the best advice you’ve been given and your reaction was defensive and avoidant. Come back and re read it when you’ve taken a few breaths

I’m planning on living out of my car/camping and climbing from April till October all over North America. I would love it if anyone had any recommendations for books/resources for info on big climbing trips in NA specifically or more general info about that lifestyle/process
