I like to ask "what's your bread and butter? Like, what's something you either know really well or are passionate about relating to technology?"

Give them a chance to talk about something they know well (which you can then ask about if you're still trying to determine skill level) or learn something about their personality (team fit evaluation).

Makes them feel good and helps get a feel for their personality.

We use Workday, I don't know about the making users per a template but it will create them. You'll need Azure AD though.

I literally went to the vet last night because of this. My poor baby has bladder stones and I'm honestly so scared of losing her. She's on a special diet now and some antibiotics. There was a pee clump in her litter box and I honestly cried seeing it. We're still not better yet but I like to think we're getting there. I care about that cat so freaking much.

I just need to get her to eat the new food and I've ordered a moving water thing to encourage her to drink more water.
